Happy New Year!!!



Happy New Year!!! Prices are holding in the Hilo area. Puna is steady, but may go down a point or two this year,but possibly level off, and rise in the next 6 months? Silicon Valley went up a point at the end of the year, so there should be a leveling off of prices in the near future for all of Hawaii, and a possible rise in prices by a point or two this year. Where do you put the money? How can you protect your assets?


Fidelity Investor editor, Jim Lowell, and Terry Coxton of Casey Research talk investment strategies on Fox News today. "Take a big chunk of cash and go for something tangible" says Coxton. He mentions gold, but another "tangible" investment is real estate. The age old strategy has always been buy low and sell high, so now is an excellent time to take some of that cash and invest it in low priced, ocean front land in Hawaii.
