Happy New Year!!! Prices are holding in the Hilo area. Puna is steady, but may go down a point or two this year,but possibly level off, and rise in the next 6 months? Silicon Valley went up a point at the end of the year, so there should be a leveling off of prices in the near future for all of Hawaii, and a possible rise in prices by a point or two this year.
